The owners of Craven Brew Co, Simon and Yasmin came into Le Bistro for a meal and were blown away by the service and quality of the food. Beginning to chat through their experience with Le Bistro’s owner, Fraser it became clear that they shared many similar interests and core values which are founded through mutual appreciation of Skipton and the Craven district.
Fast forward a few weeks and we are now proud to host the full array of Craven Brew behind Le Bistro bar. We are delighted to serve our customers these delicious ales and look forward to growing a strong and long lasting friendship with Craven Brew Co.

Robert de Romille was an adventurer from Brittany who was made Lord of the estates of Bolton Abbey by King William I. Romille is credited with building Skipton Castle in 1090 and it is absolutely fitting that this Pale Ale is served from Le Bistro.
